Shipping policy

Here is everything you need to know about how and when your Kairog order reaches you.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping options and delivery times

United States: free standard shipping, delivered in 5 to 7 business days.
Brazil: standard shipping charged at checkout, delivered in 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery times are counted from the moment your order ships, not from the moment you place it. Available destinations and rates are always confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched we send you a tracking number by email. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to become active while the carrier registers the parcel.

Split shipments

If your order contains several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days at no extra cost to you. Each shipment gets its own tracking number.

Delays

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier backlogs, customs inspections, severe weather, and peak seasons can add a few days. If your order is significantly late, email us at omorfiairog@gmail.com and we will chase it with the carrier.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to sender because of an incorrect address may incur a new shipping charge. Contact us straight away if you spot a mistake and your order has not yet shipped.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside the country of dispatch, any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
