We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Conditions

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or was not the item you ordered.

How to start a return

Email us at omorfiairog@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos help us resolve damaged or defective items faster. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few extra days for the amount to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Cancellations and changes

Orders can be cancelled or changed while they are still being processed. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it under this policy.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund that we confirmed as approved, please check your bank account again and then contact your card issuer, as processing times vary. If you have done both and still have not received it, email us at omorfiairog@gmail.com.
